Through working with you! With your assistance, we will prepare a List of Harms—the items which motivate an insurance company to pay money (we call them, “value triggers”)
Whether negotiating a settlement or arguing on your behalf in court – we will come prepared! The key to success is skill and experience – and we have both!
First and foremost, we will talk to you about your case and hear you out. We take each and every case personally, so you can count on getting personalized attention from our Senior Attorney and support staff. We will thoroughly go through all the details and build up the entire picture of what has transpired in a way which communicates the “value triggers”
We will offer advice and assistance in collecting the necessary evidence that can be used in support of your case at the negotiating table and during proceedings in a Court of Law. We will also inform you of your rights and legal remedies available to you.
Each and every case is different and requires a different and creative approach. When necessary, we will conduct an independent investigation, hire the appropriate experts for your case and do everything necessary legally to demonstrate you are entitled to fair and reasonable compensation for your pain and suffering, inconvenience and of course, your medical bills as charged and your loss of the value of your income.
We will also apply for any no-fault benefits to which you may be entitled by state law. We will assist you with your property damage claims. We will explore whether you are entitled to the diminished value and loss of use of your vehicle where appropriate.
Lastly, we will identify any and all parties that are liable for your injury and fight to achieve the financial compensation that you deserve for your injury, pain and suffering, medical bills, lost income due to the injuries from which you suffer as a result of the accident, rehabilitation expenses, and any other losses that you may have incurred as a result of negligence of others. If you are permanently injured, we will present all evidence in support of the fact both in negotiations and in court.
